Open Water E-Learning

Open Water E-Learning is assessment dives of the course where you have to be able to demonstrate mastery of the skills you learned in the confined water.No diving experience needed, swimming skills required.

If you don’t fancy spending your holidays studying, you can sign up for the PADI e-learning program at home. You will then do the pool session and the 4 Open Water Training Dives here with us in Zanzibar in 3 days.

The payment for the e-learning is made directly to PADI and is not included in our course price. The payment to PADI includes an e-manual and the certification.

Open Water E-Learning Certification

You will need to be affiliated with our dive center when you register, The Zanzibar Dive.

The medical statement needs to be reviewed and the answers to all the questions must be negative, otherwise, you need to be cleared by a diving physician. Open Water certification to a maximum depth of 18 meters obtained after completion of the course.

After the successful completion of the e-learning, you will receive your eRecord which you will have to bring when you start the course. With that, pool training and open water training can be done.
