This simple PADI or SSI allows you to try some basics principles of diving (Theory) and see if you can do it, no diving experience is needed, only swimming skills are required.
If you want to try scuba diving on Zanzibar island, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is perfect for you. The course includes a short lecture covering the basics of safe scuba diving and a pool session followed by one scuba dive under the direct supervision of one of our instructors to a maximum depth of 12 meters.
To sign up for a PADI or SSI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health. Morning Boat trip including a single scuba dive, this day you will get a chance to get down on the water under the direct supervision of one of our instructors to a maximum depth of 12 meters. There is the option to do a snorkeling session (no extra charge) or a second scuba dive (US$ 50) before returning to the dive center.
